Here you will find a real insight into what it is like to work here from the people who know, our people.
I joined Spratt Endicott shortly after graduating from university partly because of the good reputation the firm has in the community. I was later fortunate enough to be given a Training Contract with the firm, which provides varied and interesting work across a number of different departments.
In the Trainee Solicitor role there is a lot of client contact and I have been allocated a number of my own files and projects. In this respect there is very much a ‘hands on’ approach to training and, although the work can be challenging, my colleagues at Spratt Endicott are very helpful and supportive.
Working at Spratt Endicott is a rewarding experience. Everybody in the firm works hard and there is a social committee which arranges various events throughout the year.
Chris Annetts,
Trainee Solicitor
"I spent many years working at another law firm when the opportunity presented itself for me to join Spratt Endicott to head up their IT department. There was no question in my mind about taking the new position. The people at Spratt Endicott are very friendly and great to work with. The work environment is challenging, but everyone helps each other out. There is a sense of a family atmosphere here, which together with the superb Banbury location makes this a great career choice"
Andy Wilkinson,
IT Manager
"I joined Spratt Endicott as a trainee solicitor in 2006. At that time I was in my mid 30s and was pleased to find an opening in a firm which valued my experience. People working at Spratt Endicott often comment on the friendly and supportive environment and I found that to be the case from the outset. Spratt Endicott is a forward-thinking and rewarding employer, offering a high calibre of work alongside the opportunity to take responsibility quickly for casework as a trainee and newly-qualified solicitor. I was also attracted to Spratt Endicott by the work-life balance and I look forward to being part of the firm's future success."
Patrick Mulcare,
Solicitor - Family
"I joined Spratt Endicott following an early career change and am lucky enough to have been able to train as a Legal Executive during my time here. This was fully supported financially, and with study leave, by the Firm. The people here are good to work with and, as Spokesman for the Social Committee, I can also say we have some good times out of hours as well."
Peter Gardner ,
Legal Executive
