The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a Legal 500 firm based in Banbury. We are looking to recruit an IT Professional with 2+ years experience in providing IT support and legal Workflow development, preferably using Proclaim or a similar legal workflow system.

The role will provide the opportunity to develop your IT skills in a small friendly team.
The ability to work on a rota basis between 8:30am and 6:00pm is essential for this role. Occasionally there is also a requirement to travel to other offices or work unsocial or extended hours to get the job completed.

Main Responsibilities

  • To develop the Practice/Case Management system using workflow to improve efficiency and ensure common working practice.
  • Ensure upgrades and enhancements are fully tested and documented following change control processes.
  • Assist with the provision IT support service managing incidents through to resolution.
  • Deliver support, training and coaching to users helping them to make the most effective use of their current systems
  • Provide technical support for server and communication related issues, liaising with third parties where required

Person Specification

  • 2+ years experience in IT, preferably previous Legal Workflow experience  
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Customer Focused with a helpful attitude
  • Good communication skills and approachable
  • Attention to detail
  • Good standard of education to at least HND or equivalent.
  • Flexible approach 

About the team

Our IT Systems are looked after by a small friendly in house team which consists of four staff in Banbury. The team ensures everything from support and training to project management or development is carried out to our highest standards. The IT team is continually striving to provide excellent customer service, with all support issues logged and prioritised within our dedicated helpdesk system.
