Receptionist – Bicester Office

Position: Receptionist

Team: Team of 10
Terms/Hours: Part time. Monday, Thursday, Friday 9.00-5.30pm

The Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy team in Bicester. This is a varied and interesting role and is ideally suited to a committed individual, who works well in a team and has a ‘can do’ attitude. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a busy switchboard / accurate message taking and forwarding
  • Dealing with clients in a professional and helpful manner
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking relevant identification in line with Money Laundering Procedures
  • Dealing with all incoming and franking all outgoing DX and post
  • Stationery ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Daily banking of cheques
  • Processing all card payments
  • Responsible for the archiving for the Bicester office
  • Scheduling documents for collection and ones to be sent out
  • Photocopying

About the team

Spratt Endicott’s Office Services team has 10 staff working across our six offices. The team is made up by the Office Manager, Receptionists, Floater Legal Secretary and the Office Services Assistants. The department provides an important service to the whole company to allow the smooth and efficient running of the business. A number of our staff have started their careers in Office Services and, with support of the firm, have progressed into other roles.
